If you know how to Mix by taking our Mixing & Mastering course or if you are self taught Mixer-Producer, Mastering Plus is the next logical step. There is so much more to the art of Mastering these days with cross genre songs, soundtracks and multiple streaming platforms. Our Mastering Plus Course is designed for today’s multi-genre modern engineer. While being completely focused on mastering “in-the-box” (in a computer), we provide you with the ability to achieve that “commercial sound” thru the understanding of various analog circuits and effect processors. The end result you will leave with a fully mastered track and all the steps to continue improving and forwarding your abilities for decades to come. The techniques can be applied within any digital audio workstation. We will also spend time working on your songs in our state of the art Studio A and make sure you have release ready material upon completion. We have is a dual Pro Tools HDX and Apogee setup (also running Logic Pro and Ableton Live) designed by Grammy nominated engineers. See below for full Gear and Synthesizer list below.
Total class time is 24 hours, where you can ask questions and bounce ideas off your instructor and fellow learners exactly when you’re feeling inspired, or…confused! This is why there is no substitute for music courses in person.
Contact us if you have any questions.
All synths are MIDI connected for DAW use via iconnectivity MIO and Clever Audio MXM 12 Synth switcher. We also have a guitar pedal collection for sonic experiments in studio.
