Cameron Neilson is originally from Scotland.  He gained his BA Hons. degree from the acclaimed Arts Educational Schools London.  A music professional with over 14+ years’ experience in the music industry, creating and managing projects.  This has built a solid skill set, and comprehensive understanding in songwriting, music supervision, publishing, sync clearance, artist management & creative branding.  His personal relationships in all facets of the music industry can bring any idea to life.

Cameron is currently Music Supervisor for Idyllwild Pictures, most recently completing on the movie “The Shuroo Process” that premiered at The Woodstock Film Festival followed by a theatrical release on November 24th 2021, and now in over 50 countries.  He was responsible for designing engaging music concepts, negotiating & securing licensing and also custom songwriting four records for the movie.  Other music supervisor credits include the award winning ‘Trophy Boy’ as well as securing syncs with networks such as OWN, HBO Max, MTV & The CW Network (featuring on shows such as Teen Mom, F-Boy Island, The Republic of Sarah, Siesta Key and The Kings Of Napa.

​As an independent platinum songwriter he has achieved 200+ million streams cross platform, thanks to the Billboard number 1 single for KPOP super group ITZY and cuts with Yvie Oddly, Kirstin (Pentonix) , SuperJunior, GWSN, South Club, Jung Se Woon and Girls Day, as well as Brian Justin Crum (Americas Got Talent), Australian artist TIAAN and DJ HEYZ.  His other songwriting/feature credits include ‘World Hold On’ ‘Repeat It’ ‘Easy Lovin’ & ‘Spirit’ with Scissors, ‘Time after Time’ with DJ Ricky Luna, #ADEF with The Perry Twins, and the title theme song for the award winning short ‘Trophy Boy’.

​Previously he held roles at the label/publisher 153(Joombas) as in-house A&R and songwriter, as well as launching the independent management company  B|O|O (Band Of Others).  His understanding of the business and his ability to connect with creatives makes him an asset to any project.
