Cole began his career as an Assistant Engineer at the world class Echobar Studios, alongside seasoned Multi-Platinum engineers Bob Horn and Erik Reichers. With an insatiable desire to learn more, and the blessings of his mentors, Cole decided to change gears when the opportunity arose to assist Grammy winning, Multi-Platinum hit mixer, Dave Pensado in 2013. While assisting Dave he worked on projects for Michael Jackson, Earth Wind and Fire, Macy Gray, Busta Rhymes, and Chrisette Michele to name a few. Recently Cole has been working out of his own studio facility on projects from all over the world with names like Jessie Reyez, Bob Marley, Fatman Scoop, Machel Montano, Jem Cooke, and Sum 41. Through working on Juno award winning projects and with Grammy nominees, Cole was also nominated for ‘Best Tracking Engineer’ at the Pensado Awards. At Garnish Los Angeles Cole teaches Mixing and Mastering classes. During focus hours he is available to discuss topics related to Recording, Mixing, Mastering and Studio Design.
