Our Fair and Reasonable Terms:
Location of Courses
All courses are delivered at Garnish Los Angeles unless otherwise stated. Learners are responsible for confirming the course location on our website both at the time of booking and shortly before the course begins.
Use of Garnish Los Angeles Property
Learners must take reasonable care of Garnish Los Angeles’ equipment and property. This responsibility extends to any guests. Learners agree to cover the cost of any damage, loss, or theft caused by themselves or their guests.
Student Conduct
We expect students to treat staff, facilities, and classmates with respect. Garnish Los Angeles reserves the right to exclude or expel any student for unacceptable behavior, with no refund issued. Decisions are at the discretion of management.
Course Timetable
Garnish Los Angeles reserves the right to modify course dates, times, and content when necessary.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Full or semester payment is required on or before the closing of class registration.
- Cancellations made two weeks or more prior to the closing of class registration will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made after registration closes will receive no refund.
- If Garnish Los Angeles cancels a course, we will offer an alternative date or a pro-rated refund.
Special Requirements
Please inform us in advance of any special physical or medical requirements so we can attempt to accommodate you.
Learners’ Own Equipment
Learners are responsible for any equipment they bring. All software used on-site must be legal and properly licensed.
Photo & Video Release
By enrolling, you grant Garnish Los Angeles irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use images and footage of you for promotional purposes in all media formats worldwide, indefinitely.
Private Instruction Bookings
- Private lessons must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the first lesson receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first lesson are non-refundable.
- Once the package has started, students must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule a session. Less than 48 hours notice or no-shows will result in the session being charged in full.
- Unused hours expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
Garnish Los Angeles Liability and Policy
Garnish Los Angeles:
- Accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
- Reserves the right to alter advertised instructors at any time.
- May cancel or reschedule courses or bookings as necessary. Students unable to attend rescheduled dates will receive a refund or credit.
- Reserves the right to vary course materials and decline any application without explanation.
Attorneys’ Fees
In any litigation arising from these terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
Liability Waiver
By participating in any program at Garnish Los Angeles, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved, including the risk of injury or death. You hereby release Garnish Los Angeles and Loudboy Music LLC from any and all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law and agree to indemnify us from any claims resulting from your actions.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.By enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Participants under the age of 18 require a parent or legal guardian to agree to these terms on their behalf.
